- Access & update: View and edit your profile and preferences anytime in Settings.
- Deletion: Delete your account and all associated data at any time.
- Opt-out: Disable reminders or notifications at any time.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's Privacy
The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us so we can delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated policy in the app and updating the "Last updated" date above.
