Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the KingdomFirst Mindsets app ("the app") operated by KingdomFirst Mindsets ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the app.

Use of the App

You may use the app for personal, non-commercial spiritual growth. By using the app you agree to:

• Provide accurate account information and keep it current.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Use the app only for lawful purposes and in a respectful manner.

Your Account

You are responsible for all activity under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us promptly. You may delete your account at any time from Settings, which permanently removes your account and associated data.

All content provided in the app—including meditations, scripture readings, perspectives, and podcasts—is offered for personal reflection and spiritual encouragement. Unless otherwise stated, content is owned by or licensed to us and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without permission.

Scriptural quotations are used in accordance with the permissions of their respective publishers and translations. The app does not provide professional counseling, medical, or legal advice.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app to transmit unlawful, harmful, or offensive material.
• Attempt to access another user's data or account.
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the app or its infrastructure.
• Use automated systems to scrape or extract content without permission.
